Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your dark treasures and what to do if an item doesn’t quite fit your haunted collection.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, our coven of packaging witches needs 1-2 business days to prepare your order with the utmost care and dark magic.

We offer two mystical shipping methods to deliver your items:

Please note: We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to mystical restrictions in the spirit world.

🔮 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your eerie acquisitions. However, we understand that sometimes a magical item might not be the perfect fit for your collection. Fear not! Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as a witch’s flight path on her broomstick.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The Return & Exchange Ritual (Step-by-Step)

1. Contact Our Support Coven
   Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to our support witches at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
2. Await Our Response
   Our support witches will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. Do not send anything back without this RMA number – it helps us track your return through the spirit world.
3. Package Your Items Securely
   Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and seal the package securely. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
4. Ship to Our Haunted Mansion
   Send your package to the following address (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error):

5. Await Our Dark Magic
   Once we receive your return, our goblins will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will then process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.

💀 Refunds & Financial Ghosts

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

🦇 Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

For exchanges for a different item, any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.

🌙 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
