We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

โš  IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of certain mystical items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Cosmetics (for hygiene reasons – once a potion is opened, its magic cannot be contained)
  • Collectables & Games that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging
  • Any items from the Cosmetic Brands category
  • Personalized or custom-made dark treasures

๐Ÿ”ฎ The Return & Exchange Ritual (Step-by-Step)

1 Contact Our Support Coven
Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to our support witches at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure you include all necessary information.
2 Await Our Response
Our support witches will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. Do not send anything back without this RMA number – it helps us track your return through the spirit world.
3 Package Your Items Securely
Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and seal the package securely. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
4 Ship to Our Haunted Mansion
Send your package to the following address (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error):

5 Await Our Dark Magic
Once we receive your return, our goblins will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will then process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.

๐Ÿ’€ Refunds & Financial Ghosts

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

๐Ÿฆ‡ Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. For exchanges for a different item, any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.
